Before you start

These are only decorative 'candles': never light them. Vegan white chocolate melts at a lower temperature, so warm it gently.

Our own version inspired by a reel we shared: we could not identify the creator, so these amounts are ours.

Coconut Chocolate Candles

10–12 candles · chill 1 hour

Ingredients

Step by step

  1. Mix coconut, coconut cream, syrup, vanilla and salt into a firm, sticky dough. Shape into 10–12 cylinders of different heights and freeze 20 minutes.
  2. Melt the white chocolate gently. Spoon it over the top of each candle so it runs down like wax drips; let set.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate and pipe a small wick on top of each candle.
  4. Chill 1 hour and keep in the fridge.
